While the Board of Supervisors appreciates the diligent efforts made by the PSC, Rates staff and Commissioners to address concerns affecting the citizens of Rankin County, the Board of Supervisors is not satisfied that Entergy has fulfilled of its burden of proof to justify charging its customers more. The Supervisory Board intends to continue to fight to ensure the monopolies face intense public scrutiny when seeking rate increases.
